Overview

For Indian Passport Holders (Adult & Minor)

Indian Nationals who wishes to Visit the Philippines now can also submit their Visa Application at The Philippine Visa Drop Off & Collection Center.

BLS provides an end to end services from Form Filling to Submission, and delivery of applicant’s passport.

Please Note:

  • Applicant shall be charged a convenience fee of RM 113 per application to be paid to the service provider in addition to the other fees and must be paid in Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card& E-Wallet Payment . The applicable fee in MYR is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice due to sudden foreign exchange fluctuations.
  • Service fee is non refundable under all circumstances.
  • Visa Fee is Refundable in the event Visa has been rejected by the Embassy.

Document Requirements

Tourism or Leisure Visitors :

  1. Duly accomplished and signed Visa Application Form
  2. One (1) recent coloured photograph in passport size(1.77 x 1.37 inches) with white background
  3. Original & and photocopy of the passport data page and Malaysian visa/pass, valid for at least six months
  4. Copy of reservation/booking/tentative return flight itinerary; ( Do not pay/buy/purchase the flight ticket before applying for the visa, but make the “booking”, “reservation” or “get a tentative flight itinerary” for printing and submission to the embassy. Pay/Buy/Purchase the ticket only after the visa has been granted). We will not expedite the visa processing to accommodate the visas applicant flight schedule.
  5. Copy of COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate
  6. Proof of financial capacity (any of the following):
    • Bank statement of the latest six(6) Months
    • Employment certificate with renumeration (Salary/Allowances)
    • Proof Of Business Income
    • Letter of Guarantee from the sponsor with the proof of financial Capacity
  7. Documents proving ties to the home country/country of residence (any of the following):
    • Property Documents
    • Malaysian Company letter ( For employment Pass Holder )
    • Malaysian School Certificate ( For holders of Student Pass )
    • Malaysian Marriage Certificate ( For applicants married to Malaysian nationals )
  8. Letter of Invitation from the inviting person in the Philippines supported by a copy of the passport or ID, with signature of the inviting person, if applicable
  9. Itinerary (the planned dates, events/activities and places to visit while in the Philippines)
  10. Hotel accommodation or Proof of lodging
  11. Other documentary requirements maybe requested by the visa officer upon interview of the applicant and assessment of application.

For Minors not travelling with a parent/guardian (additional requirement):

  • Letter of permission from parents/guardian

For Business Visitors:

  1. Duly accomplished and signed Visa Application Form

    • Invitation letter from the Philippine government or private entity/company or endorsement from a chamber of commerce( recognized by the government ) in the country where the business is located.
    • Proof of business operation/income
    • Business permit/license of registration
    • Bank statement of latest six(6) months or tax payments
  7. For Employees
    • Invitation letter from the Philippine government or private entity/company
    • Endorsement letter from applicants company
    • Employment certificate with renumeration( Salary/allowances ) or letter of guarantee from the company/sponsor or bank statement latest three(3) months.

Additional Note:

All travellers are required to register online for e-Arrival card {formerly known as One Health Pass (OHP)} for QR code within 72 hours (3 days) before the day of the flight schedule at: https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph

Processing Time
